The Berry Retreat has been designed to support large group stays without compromise. From generous indoor living areas to expansive outdoor grounds and private wellness facilities, every element of the property has been considered to make hosting seamless, comfortable and functional for groups of up to 15 guests.
Celebrate & Gather
The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area forms the centre of the home, with a dining table seating 16 and multiple zones for gathering. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering or private chef experiences, while the upstairs lounge and media room provide additional space for relaxation or children’s downtime. The design allows groups to come together easily while still offering separate areas to unwind.
Restore & Recharge
The dedicated wellness precinct includes a 12-metre solar-heated pool, eight-person sauna, heated spa and ice bath. There is also open space suitable for yoga sessions, stretching or guided retreat activities. Positioned separately from the main sleeping areas, the wellness facilities allow guests to incorporate relaxation, recovery or structured wellness programming into their stay.
Space & Stillness
Set on six private acres, the estate offers expansive lawns and open countryside views. The property includes parking for up to five vehicles, a dedicated children’s play area and a games lawn for outdoor activities. With cows grazing at the edge of the paddock and native wildlife occasionally passing through, the setting provides privacy and a genuine rural atmosphere just minutes from Berry village.
