The House
The Berry Retreat is a modern country home located just a 20-minute walk from Berry village. Designed for group stays, the house sleeps up to 15 guests and offers generous open-plan living. The main lounge and dining area comfortably seats 16, flowing into a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a separate lounge and dedicated media room provide additional space for relaxation or children’s downtime. The layout balances large-scale entertaining with private retreat areas.

The home includes five well-appointed bedrooms, two with private ensuites. A dedicated children’s room sleeps four, while the upstairs media room accommodates an additional three guests. Bathrooms are finished with quality fixtures and stocked with premium linen and amenities. All bedrooms are designed for comfort, privacy and a restful stay.

The wellness zone includes an eight-person sauna, heated spa, 12-metre solar-heated pool and ice bath. There is also space suitable for yoga, breathwork or structured retreat sessions. The facilities are ideal for wellness retreats, recovery sessions or relaxed group use across a weekend stay.
